Parkes Airport is an airport located 4 nautical miles northeast of Parkes, New South Wales, Australia. Approximately 32,000 passengers used scheduled service at the airport in 2011. The Parkes Shire Council currently maintains the airport.

Named after the father of Australian federation, the town of Parkes was once best known for its radio telescope that helped broadcast the moon landing. Today, this beautiful heritage town in Country NSW, famous for the hordes of Elvis fans who make an annual pilgrimage to honour the King.

Criteria

Depart from YSWH, fly to and land at YPKS (270 NM).
