During WWII the US ferried aircraft to UK basses via the North Atlantic route . This Achievment is bassed on this route to the UK . These flights are part one of 2 , the next part will be the North Atlantic legs from St Johans to the UK via Greenland and Iceland . All these legs are long legs due to the B-17's slow speed so be prepared for this . USE ANY B17 that you have , F or G Model , IF you fly a B17 with a name ie Memphis Belle , you must use this for all legs including the Trans Atlantic legs in part 2.
