BACKING STORY / DETAILS OF THE ROUTE "They're celebrities, get them out of here!"
You know the moment when a customer or potential customer keeps changing the requirements? I want this, no wait, I want that!
Well welcome to my world. As a wedding planner for some of the worlds most famous clients, my job demands accuracy and extreme care with attentional to every detail.
This current client is really pushing me to my limits!
*Sigh,Why did I accept this assignment?, sure, a wedding planner is a nice profession, if its not Bridezillas and Karens making your work difficult, its trying to find a reliable logistics partner who can get the job done, on time, every time. The bride and groom have have such desires for this wedding and sure, they can afford it but I still can't use a wand for their wishes.
Inhale, exhale, where do we start? I need to leave my studio in London with all my equipment and fly direct to Innsbruck. I hear the weather can be a challenge so the flight has to be smooth! I have contracted FireFly Air for this task. They might also be able to manage the chopper flight but if not, the local helo company can look after it.
(Optional) I need to be flown by helicopter up into the mountains to survey a suitable location The wedding party wants to be married at a ski hut in the snowy Alps of Austria and there is no official landing zone or helipad so the pilot will need to be extra careful.
The location is at "Simon's Berg & Skistadl" at the Rohrberg. I have reserved the site and let them know of my arrival into Innsbruck and arranged the hire of a helicopter.
