Qikiqtarjuaq Airport is located at Qikiqtarjuaq, Nunavut and is operated by the government of Nunavut. The airport is a popular stop for pilots ferrying turboprop aircraft between Canada and Europe as it's considerably closer to Greenland than Iqaluit. The runway is listed as a gravel surface but is, in fact, a misture of very firmly packed fine sand and gravel that has a surface texture similar to asphalt. A large overnight parking area is available, but crew must bring their own tie-down anchors, I hope you brought some!

Fun fact, Qikiqtarjuaq is the destination airport in an episode of Cabin Pressure, a BBC radio sitcom set in a one-aircraft airline and made stream-popular by Hapes.
