Single achievement

California Coast CC - Leg 1

This is a virtual airline achievement created by ParaSox Air.

A few notable POI would be:

  • At waypoint (OSBUE) try and make out the words C-O-R-O-N-A-D-O on the beach. A brief history click here
  • Fly up toward Los Angeles by following Hyw 15 then turn Left at waypoint TOLLA following Hwy 10.
  • Try and spot the iconic Hollywood sign
  • Griffith Observatory at waypoint (VPLGP)
  • Enjoy aerial views of the LA skyline at waypoint (NORPE)
  • Try and spot the United Airlines Douglas DC-8 near waypoint (VPLLC) ~ (see street view image)
  • Arrive at LAX using RWY24L (Normally, there isn't much player traffic on this side of the airport so ParaSox Air might have it all to ourselves)

Criteria

Depart from KSAN, fly to and land at KLAX (95 NM). Your landing rate must not exceed 250 f/m.

You will be awarded Sox 200 for completing this achievement.
