Sofia, one of Europe’s oldest capitals, blends ancient history with modern life. Key attractions include the impressive St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral, the ancient St. George Rotunda, and the bustling Vitosha Boulevard. The city has been continuously inhabited for centuries and has seen the influence of the Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman Empires.
