Remarks:	Flown for today's short DFC route. The flight itself went great. BATC was great. My GTN's default nav database, however, wasn't so great. Normally it's totally fine, but it had neither the departure out of Bristol, nor the arrival into Heathrow. So I had to swap out the radios to the GNSes instead. Luckily, that seems to work beautifully in the Black Square Dukes! Can't do that in real life. But then again, in real life, you'd have updated nav data! I'm too cheap to do that! So swapping for radios that DO have up-to-date nav data was the solution I went with. However, because I fly MUCH more with the GTNs instead, I had to quickly refamiliarize myself with the GNSes, which didn't take much time. It's more just remembering where functions are, such as configuring the VNAV calculator and selecting the procedures. The GNSes are very capable devices after Working Title got hold of them. They're great! Anyway, the flight went smoothly. I get terrible frame rates at the hand-crafted EGLL, but at least it looked nice!
