Never got a clearance to do my planned RNAV landing. Had to do a missed approach. No big deal until I got back to the hold area and requested to land and got the same approach clearance. Cancelled IFR and requested a full stop landing and was cleared to land on the opposite runway. Navigraph Charts indicated the original runway was not totally green, but a 1 knot tail wind and 3 knot cross wind are calm to me, Anyways, it became obvious that I need to practice touch and go landings to simulate missed approaches, I was so rattled that I totally botched the visual landing and just barely had a landing rate below 700.
